Registration Fee: The registration fee for the Annual DEI Summit is $199 per member or $400 per non-member.

Cancellation Policy: The deadline for refunds is April 10. After April 10, refunds will not be granted but substitutions are welcomed. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
