CANCELLATION POLICIES: 
Early Bird registration fees for members and for exhibit booths is only valid pricing until February 28, 2022 and is not refundable.

Regular registration fees for members, non-members including exhibit booths are subject to the following refund policy.  The deadline for refunds is April 27, 2022.  After April 27, 2022 refunds will not be granted, but substitutions are welcomed.

All event cancellations must be submitted in writing.  If you need clarification, please review the event registration online or contact NJBankers.

• Cancellation of Hotel Reservations/Early Departures:
  Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the first and last night’s room rate and tax.  No-shows will be charged the full room revenue the dates of the reservation as will any room vacated prior to the scheduled departure date. Attendee may be responsible for cancelled room charges if NJBankers does not meet its room block obligation.
